These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "StoicDrop" ("App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users regarding the use of the App.
The App provides daily Stoic philosophy quotes from ancient philosophers including Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Epictetus, Zeno, and Cato. Users can read quotes, write personal reflections, save favorites, and track their daily practice through a streak calendar.
You are responsible for properly managing your account information. You may not transfer or lend your account information to any third party under any circumstances.
The App offers both free and premium tiers. Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase, managed via Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by Apple's terms and conditions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
The App's design, layout, user interface, and original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. The Stoic philosophy quotes presented in the App are derived from public domain translations of ancient texts.
Reflection journal entries you create within the App are your own content and remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your reflections. Your journal data is stored locally on your device.
You shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the App:

We do not expressly or impliedly warrant that the App is free from defects in fact or law. The philosophical quotes provided are for informational and inspirational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the App, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence.
We may change, add, or discontinue the content of the App with prior notice to users, and users agree to this.
We may change these Terms without notice when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted in the App.
Personal information obtained through the use of the App shall be handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding the App, the courts having jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

ユーザーは、自己の責任において、本アプリのアカウント情報を適切に管理するものとします。ユーザーは、いかなる場合にも、アカウント情報を第三者に譲渡または貸与することはできません。
本アプリは無料プランとプレミアムプランを提供しています。プレミアム機能は、Apple App Store経由の自動更新サブスクリプションまたは買い切りのライフタイム購入で利用可能です。サブスクリプションの条件、価格、更新ポリシーはAppleの利用規約に準拠します。サブスクリプションはApple IDの設定からいつでもキャンセルできます。
本アプリのデザイン、レイアウト、ユーザーインターフェース、およびオリジナルコンテンツは当社に帰属し、知的財産権法により保護されています。本アプリで表示されるストア哲学の名言は、古代テキストのパブリックドメイン翻訳に基づいています。
ユーザーが本アプリ内で作成した内省ジャーナルの記録はユーザー自身のコンテンツであり、その所有権はユーザーに帰属します。当社はユーザーの内省記録の所有権を主張しません。ジャーナルデータはユーザーのデバイスにローカル保存されます。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
当社は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本アプリの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。
当社は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。提供される哲学の名言は情報提供およびインスピレーション目的のみであり、専門的なアドバイスを構成するものではありません。当社は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、当社の故意又は重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
当社は、ユーザーへの事前の告知をもって、本アプリの内容を変更、追加または廃止することがあり、ユーザーはこれを承諾するものとします。
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本アプリに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
本アプリの利用によって取得する個人情報については、当社「プライバシーポリシー」に従い適切に取り扱うものとします。
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
